To book an appointment, simply follow these steps: 1. Open the MediQ app. 2. Select "Book an Appointment" from the homepage. 3. Choose the type of appointment (in-person or e-consultation). 4. Search for your preferred doctor or hospital by specialty or location. 5. Select your desired date and time from the available slots. 6. Confirm your details and book the appointment. 7. You will receive a confirmation via SMS/email.

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly through the app: 1. Go to the "My Appointments" section. 2. Select the appointment you wish to modify. 3. Choose to either cancel or reschedule. 4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your action.  Please note that cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to hospital policies.

MediQ accepts multiple payment methods including: o Credit/Debit Cards o Net Banking o UPI (Unified Payments Interface) o Wallets (if applicable)  Payment is processed securely through the app before confirming your booking.

You can search for doctors based on: o Specialty (e.g., cardiologist, dermatologist, pediatrician, etc.) o Hospital/Clinic name o Location o Doctor ratings and reviews  Once you have selected the right doctor, you can view their available time slots and book your appointment.

While creating an account is optional, it helps us provide a personalized experience, store your appointment history, and send you reminders. You can also manage your future bookings easily with an account.

Yes, you will receive appointment reminders via SMS, email, or push notifications on the app a day before and a few hours before your scheduled appointment.

E-consultation charges may vary depending on the doctor or hospital. You will be informed of any charges during the booking process before you confirm your appointment.

No, you don’t need to download any extra software. E-consultations are conducted through the app’s built-in video chat or messaging feature.

Yes! You can select a date and time that works for you, and you can book appointments for both the same day and future dates, based on the doctor & availability.

MediQ works with a wide range of hospitals and clinics. You can search and book appointments with any hospital or healthcare provider that is listed in the app. If your preferred hospital is not listed, you can contact our support team to inquire about future partnerships.
