To book an appointment, simply follow these steps:
1. Open the MediQ app.
2. Select "Book an Appointment" from the homepage.
3. Choose the type of appointment (in-person or e-consultation).
4. Search for your preferred doctor or hospital by specialty or location.
5. Select your desired date and time from the available slots.
6. Confirm your details and book the appointment.
7. You will receive a confirmation via SMS/email.
Yes! You can select a date and time that works for you, and you can book appointments for
both the same day and future dates, based on the doctor & availability.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment directly through the app:
1. Go to the "My Appointments" section.
2. Select the appointment you wish to modify.
3. Choose to either cancel or reschedule.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your action.
Please note that cancellation or rescheduling may be subject to hospital policies.
To book an e-consultation:
1. Open the MediQ app.
2. Select the "E-consultation" option.
3. Choose the specialty and doctor you'd like to consult with.
4. Pick a convenient time for the consultation.
5. Provide your medical details, and make payment (if required).
6. You will receive a link for the video call or chat session at the scheduled time.
MediQ accepts multiple payment methods including:
o Credit/Debit Cards
o Net Banking
o UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
o Wallets (if applicable)
Payment is processed securely through the app before confirming your booking.
